I have a great interest in physical and mental health and have worked in this area for a number of years. It doesn't mean I'm perfect myself.... far from it, but everything I write about will play a part in supporting a happy, healthy mind and body... and maybe even, less belly!
The media is full of conflicting information but what I post is my view. There are many arguments for some of the subjects I write about, as advice has changed over the years or research is limited. I don't write in a scientific way as I believe that most of us want a quick and easy read, but I often add links for further information that I have come across, so those that want a more in-depth read, can do so easily.
